My intention is to show you that not everyone is designed to practice and reach their pole goals the same way.

Several of my clients have said these exact words:

“People say I just fly by the seat of my pants.”

As if that’s a BAD thing. 😂

The shame and guilt they feel for following their intuition is real.

Even after we discovered that the best results they created in their lives happened BECAUSE they followed their intuition.

Part if my mission on this earth is to help people, especially women, trust themselves more and give a damn about living a life that they actually want. Not one that fits the needs and expectations other have for them.

Women, in particular, are often shamed for wanting what they want, they’re called “impulsive”, “crazy”, “non-committal”.

Men aren’t judged the same way when they decide to take massive action on their goals because it’s more expected from them.

Your intuition is your superpower. It’s wants to guide you towards your desires along the path of least resistance.

The question is:

Are you letting it? (Moving when it says to move, waiting when it says to wait)

Or…

Are you interfering? (Overthinking, over analyzing, talking yourself out of things)

I hate the phrase, “I’m stuck.”

It’s indecision and fear disguised as an unfavorable circumstance that you can’t control.

But you always have control.

Being “stuck” is a choice.

It’s a story we tell ourselves to keep us safe.

It’s a story I used to tell myself when I was:

👉🏻giving my all in relationships and still ending up alone

👉🏻going to a dead end job I hated every single day

👉🏻procrastinating and not working on my business

As much as I wanted to change my circumstances, telling myself “I’m stuck” was NOT serving me, but it was protecting me.

It was protecting me from the feelings of rejection, failure, and disappointment I was afraid of feeling.

When I learned how to hold and regulate those feelings I was avoiding, the game changed.

I no longer avoided taking action. I did the scary things. I set the boundaries. I put that offer online. I made a plan to leave that job.

Because I held unwavering certainty in my decisions and my ability to hold the consequences of them.

By teaching myself to hold and accept there worst-case scenario, I was able to allow the best-case scenario.

✨And things turned out better than I could have ever imagined. ✨

Ask yourself,

“Who do I get to be if I’m stuck?”

“What do I get to avoid if I’m stuck?”

“I feel stuck when ___.”

I invite you to get clear on the *real* reason for your avoidance. The *real* fear that’s keeping you from going for what you truly want.

Then DECIDE to change the script.

Decide to listen to your body, emotionally regulate, and do the damn thing. 💟

We are not meant to have all the answers.

We are here to relax into our power and be guided by inspired action in the moment.

Our human design shows us what energies we fall into when we’re overthinking: doubt, confusion, anxiety, etc.

HD shows us what questions we ask our fear and what answers we search for to feel safe.

The paradox is that until we feel safe in the unknown, we’ll always stand in our own way by constantly seeking answers.

The thing is we’re not meant to resolve this energy through finding all the answers.

By waiting for clarity and creating space in our lives to receive, we relax into the answers without have to force anything.

Manifestation cannot be forced.
Clarity cannot be forced.

Expanding your capacity to trust and receive and following your Strategy and Authority is how you consistently find the way forward.

You feel the pull to master your personal alignment.

To work, play, love, and prosper as yourself.

What if you had the courage to lean into your emotions?

Sometimes the emotion itself is not what causes the most discomfort, but the truth we find within it.
