Starting Tuesday September 6th (after labor day) through November, we will be starting a new foundational cycle called “Baseline”. There will also be a free challenge to correlate with the cycle for all members to participate in focusing on attendance consistency and our baseline nutrition that we will fill you in on. Week 1 will be really important for everyone. Especially new members. Week 1 will be treated like traditional foundations. Trust me, EVERYONE needs it. There is not one athlete that does not need to miss this week. No one is too good, I promise. For the more experienced CrossFitters, this will act as a refresher and reset moving forward. Heck, I bet most of you learn way more than you think you know. New techniques on certain foundational movements might be recommended. We will also show you experienced athletes how we can break CrossFit down to its simplest form and still wreck your world. For you newbies, this is a great time to start! Expect to build a strong foundation in strength, technique, endurance, strict gymnastics and skills. These fundamental aspects of our fitness will serve as our “baseline/reset” upon which we build on moving forward.

It's almost that time again. Memorial Day is right around the corner and as most of you know, the CrossFit tradition is doing the benchmark hero WOD "Murph" during this time. To commemorate this time, we always make shirts for this event and the time has come to make your preorder. Shirts are $35 and can either be paid by cash or with your card that is on file already. The attachment shows what the shirts will look like and what style each one is.
