APC Savages played the WCPL -World Classic Paintball League at Tallapoosa Paintball for the Hate City Open!
What a weekend. First event together as a group, new faces mixing with old, fields that humbled us even after a practice run the week before — and we still found a way to compete. We drew arguably one of the toughest brackets of the tournament — Master Blasters, Adrenaline, Image, and Misfits. These aren't just good teams. These are professional-level ten-man squads. And all weekend long, not a single team beat us outright. Nobody hung a flag on us in prelims. We went through the entire bracket without getting eliminated — the only flag pulled on us all weekend came from Misfits in the finals.We tied for second seed in our bracket, went toe to toe with Detroit Fusion twice in tiebreakers, and when it came down to overall kills, we held our own. Ended the weekend in fourth place — six points out of second, and only one point separated third from second.For a team still figuring each other out, that's something to be proud of. A few of us honestly weren't sure how this weekend was going to go. It turned out to be a really good event.Fourth place. First event. Toughest bracket. Nobody beat us. The Savages are just getting started. 🔴⚫

Great day out at Central Alabama Paintball.
Had a strong showing — old school players back on the field, new faces jumping in, and even a baby out there getting their first taste of paintball. That right there is what this is all about.
Appreciate everybody that came out and made it what it was.
This is how we grow it — bring your friends, bring your family, and just show up.
We’ve got April off, but we’ll be back at it in May at Alabama Paintball Quest. Let’s make that one even bigger.

Big day for paintball — and a proud one for Alabama.
Today the NXL Tampa Bay Open takes over Raymond James Stadium, and Alabama Paintball Club is part of it.
APC is sponsoring a bunker on the Pro field — alongside PR1ME Paintball — putting a small piece of our local scene on one of the biggest stages in the sport.
More importantly, we’re here supporting the Jungle Cats as they make their Pro Division debut. A homegrown southern team that’s put in the work to get here — including one of our own from PR1ME.
If you’ve been part of APC, played at PR1ME, or just support what’s growing in the Southeast, this is a good one to tune into.
