I see this all the time: women say they’re “gluten-free”… and then the weekend hits and suddenly it’s bread, pizza, pastries... everything they avoided all week.

And here’s the truth most people don’t want to hear:
It’s usually not gluten that’s the problem.

It’s the restriction during the week that builds up the weekend rebound.
