Qualifying from 5/29 at Plymouth Motor Speedway

5/29 race recap
This was our first time out at Plymouth Motor Speedway and it will for sure be a night to remember!
Went out for first practice focused on trying to learn the track and get a feel for it. Ended up around mid pack on time. Car felt good just needed to tweak a few things.
Second practice was able to really get a feel for the track and found good speed which put us 7th on time. Made a few more minor adjustments to the car. Put our race tires on and we were ready to qualify!
Qualifying ended up 2nd out of 22 cars! Really wanted that fast time but regardless this was a huge accomplishment.
Heat race started 7th and focused on keeping it clean and not burning up our tires for the 50 lap feature. Finished 6th.
Feature we started 6th and were able to move up to 4th quickly! After a couple of cautions and some good restarts we were able to work our way up to 2nd with about 35 to go. Was battling hard trying to get to that top spot but just couldn’t get the drive off the corner to get underneath the leader and make a pass. Ended up finishing 2nd which was awesome. My goal was to have a top 5 finish for this race but to finish 2nd right on the leaders tail was amazing! I can’t thank my guys enough for giving me the best car possible every week as well as all the amazing people that support our program. None of this would be possible without all the support we have!

All I can say right now is WOW! What a night! Finished 2nd in the Clubfoot 50 at Plymouth Motor Speedway with the Mid-Am Racing Series!

We are now 2 days away from the rescheduled Clubfoot Solutions 50 presented by Villa Park Uhaul for the Mid-Am Racing Series. Make plans to for the Friday May 29th race at Plymouth Motor Speedway.
