What are we? How do you get started?

Burn is a Personal Training Studio that specializes in one-on-one and small-group training. Clients will receive a great deal of individual attention, but at a very reasonable cost. "Your GOAL is our GOAL!"

What we do! Our certified Personal Trainers will provide YOU, the client, with exercise prescription and instruction to fit YOUR goals. Trainers motivate clients by setting goals and providing

feedback and accountability to clients. Trainers also measure their client's strengths and weaknesses with fitness/body assessments on a monthly basis. Clients will get education in many other aspects of wellness besides exercise, including general health and nutrition guidelines.

*Prior to all training the client MUST complete a Fitness Consultation! Contact us to schedule your FREE personal training consultation today! The trainer will go over your personal goals, complete your body assessment by measurements, percentage of body fat, body mass index, and help you set up your first session with the trainer! No more crowded gyms! Just Results!!
