❤️🏐We are beyond excited to officially welcome Coach Donica McEntire to the Maumelle Volleyball family as our Varsity Assistant Coach! 🏐❤️

Coach D brings an incredible 13 years of head coaching experience, and we are absolutely thrilled to add her level of knowledge, leadership, and expertise to our program.

Beyond her experience, Coach D brings a passion for kids, a love for the game, and a heart for building relationships — qualities that will make a tremendous impact on our athletes both on and off the court. As we continue building something special at Maumelle Volleyball, we are thrilled to have another coach who believes in hard work, growth, accountability, and investing in our girls.

The future is bright for Maumelle Volleyball, and we could not be more excited to have Coach D joining our staff! We truly believe she is going to be an incredible addition to Hornet Volleyball, and we cannot wait for our players and families to get to know her!

Not your average practice day but it was a blast 🏐

✔️ Grocery Grab warmup game 🛒
✔️ Spicy Pepper competition 🌶️
✔️ Team bonding + sponsorship letter deliveries around the community ❤️
✔️ Pizza in the gym to finish it off 🍕

So proud of this group and the way they continue to buy in — on the court AND off of it.

Building relationships, building confidence, and building something special together.

Couldn’t think of a better way to wrap up practices and time together until July ❤️🖤

To all of the athletes who tried out — thank you for showing up, competing, and giving it your best. Tryouts are never easy, and we are proud of every single girl who stepped on the court.

✨Academic Achievement Spotlight ✨

We are proud to recognize our Maumelle 9th Grade Volleyball Team for earning a cumulative 3.39 GPA for the first 9 weeks! 📚🏐

This group continues to show that success is built through hard work, accountability, and pride in representing the Hornets both in the classroom and on the court. With this being their first year in high school credit classes - we are so proud of their dedication to their school work while in season!

We are also excited to celebrate that 9 of our 9th grade student-athletes earned a 3.5 GPA or higher this grading period — an outstanding achievement! 🏆

Your effort speaks volumes.
