Congratulations to our sparring team members who competed this past weekend at the AAU National Team Trials in Des Moines, Iowa!

Proud to announce that our athletes went 5 for 5 and earned their spots on the AAU National Team.

Senior team:
Master Sean - 74kg🥇

Junior team:
Ava - 68kg🥇

Cadet team:
Sebastian - 45kg🥇
Samantha - 37kg🥇

These athletes will represent AAU on the international stage later this year.

Our first three weeks of Summer Camp have been a tremendous success! We’ve had an incredible time filled with fun, learning and exciting martial arts activities.

Our Competition Team had an outstanding showing at both the AAU National Championships in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and the USA Taekwondo National Championships in Charlotte, North Carolina.
