It’s time to start turning in your athlete’s required paperwork!

Please provide the following documents:

✅ Birth Certificate
✅ Insurance Card
✅ Most Recent Report Card (Needs all 4 Qtrs)
✅ Current Sports Physical
✅ Two (2) Proofs of Residency
✅ Copy of Parent/Guardian ID

📍 Our Compliance Officer will be at conditioning this Wednesday and will be accepting documents.

Can’t make it to conditioning? No problem!

When emailing documents, please use the following format in the subject line:

Child’s Name – Sport – Division/Team

Example:
“John Doe Football 12U”

Submitting your paperwork early helps us stay ahead of certification requirements and ensures your athlete is ready for the season.

📣 HAWKS CONDITIONING UPDATE! 🏈💪

We are excited to announce that football and cheer conditioning has moved to the Elks Lodge off Howell Branch Road in Winter Park!

We are also adding an additional day of conditioning to help our athletes get ready for the upcoming season:
🗓 Wednesdays: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM (football & cheer)
🗓 Sundays: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM (football )

Now is the time to get conditioned, build skills, and prepare for the season kickoff on July 15th!

Bring out your athletes and let’s get ready to work! Whether you’re returning to the Hawks family or joining us for the first time, we can’t wait to see you on the field.

💙📣 HAWKS CHEER IS ALWAYS WORKING! 📣💙

Our Hawks cheerleaders are proving that dedication has no schedule! These girls will condition and practice whenever and wherever they can. Whether it’s on the field, at the park, or during extra conditioning sessions, they’re constantly working to perfect their craft and become the best athletes they can be.

We are incredibly proud of their work ethic, teamwork, and passion for cheer. Keep grinding, keep growing, and keep soaring, ladies! The season is coming, and these girls are putting in the work to be ready! 💪📣🦅

We are excited to announce that football and cheer conditioning has moved to the Elks Lodge off Howell Branch Road in Winter Park!

🏈🦅 Football is in their soul!

A few of our Hawk Flag Football girls spent their day supporting and watching the Orlando Pirates Football Team in action! It’s great to see our athletes embracing the game, learning from others, and showing their love for football even when they’re not on the field.

The future is bright for these young ladies, and they’re putting in the work every chance they get. Keep soaring, Hawks! 💙🩶🦅

🏈 We understand that youth sports can be a significant investment for families. To help make participation more accessible, we wanted to share a few scholarship and grant programs that may assist with registration costs for qualifying athletes.

⏰ Applications for the Every Kid Sports Pass open on June 23, and funding is limited, so we encourage families to apply as early as possible.

Please note that eligibility requirements, application deadlines, and award decisions are determined by each organization independently.
