The biggest bully in your life probably isn’t your boss, your ex, your critics, or the people who don’t support you.

It’s your own self-talk.

The comments you make about your body.
The pressure you put on yourself to be more productive.
The way you beat yourself up after making a mistake.
The impossible standards you expect yourself to meet.

Bullies aren’t the people winning at life.

The people judging, criticizing, and tearing others down are usually fighting battles with themselves.

Confident people don’t spend their time tearing others down. They build, encourage, and focus on their own lane.

Stop giving your attention to people who haven’t earned it.
Stop handing your power to the losers.
