German Township FC Refund Policy

German Township FC understands that circumstances may change after registration.

Player Registration

- Full refunds will be provided for withdrawal requests made before game schedules are created.
- Once game schedules have been created, registration fees are non-refundable.**
- If German Township FC is unable to provide a team for a registered player, a full refund will be issued.

Teams, divisions, coaching assignments, schedules, and other season expenses are planned based on the number of registered players. Once schedules are created, the club has already committed resources and expenses based on those registrations.

Fan Shirts

- A full refund may be provided for a fan shirt as long as the shirt has not yet been ordered.
- Once a fan shirt has been ordered, no refund will be provided.

By registering a player or purchasing a fan shirt, you acknowledge and agree to the German Township FC refund policy.

Practices have officially started yesterday and we have the schedules ready for the games!
