Summer Nationals Night 2 Results for Kossuth County Speedway 6-18-26

1. Tyler Jonson
2. Brextin Platts
3. Ben Mattick
4. Ben Kraus
5. Joey Robel

Night 2 was a Wild one! The track had some character in the heat races and a couple drivers tipped over. Thankfully everyone was ok, and both drivers were able to get things fixed and race the feature. Brextin Platts would jump out to the lead in the feature. A late race caution would erase his straightaway lead. Platts would continue to lead after the restart as Jonson would continue to tip toe around the top side and inch his way closer to Platts. Tyler Jonson would sneak by Brextin Platts coming out of corner 4 as they came to the checkers and pick up the win. Platts a very solid 2nd, followed by Ben Mattick, Kraus in 4th, and Joey Robel would round out the top 5!

Brantley Kalvig- Provisional (1)

Tech- ball 8 was pulled. Dealer Choice- Robel chose to check the RF shock/spring on all cars. All cars removed the shock and spring. Shock was checked for shock shaft length, internal bump stop. Springs were inspected to verify no barrel type springs and the spring was 8” or 10” tall per the rules.
