As a coach I believe I should be able to do what I ask my girls to do, if I ask them to run 2 laps I should be able to, if I ask them to hold a plank I should be able to. What I expect out of my girls, my girls should expect the same from me. Thus off season we pushing to be better and show up for next season. We set a standard as coaches for these girls, standards we as coaches should also in a way be held too!
I will be posting various workouts for girls to who want to improve things like vertical, arm strength, and agility!
Here’s to a summer of growing physically! 🏐

It’s sign up time for open gyms! Coal Rush will be offering open gyms for various age groups on 6/22 &6/23.
There are 24 spots for each age group. Please sign up and make payment prior to the day of open gyms.

What are open gyms? It is a way for girls who want to grow their skills as players. Open gyms will be instructional based along with focusing on hands on reps.

Open gyms are open to both Coal Rush Members and non coal rush members.

We are getting the ball rolling with our Father/Daughter tournament. There are some details I’m trying to iron out but hoping to have those as soon as possible.

Today is world volleyball day🏐
Enjoy some pictures from my “glory days” when my body didn’t hurt every time I played and I could get off the floor faster 🤣
