📏 UNIFORM SIZING & PARENT MEETING
Saturday, June 20th

Musselman High Football Field (Waldeck Field)

🗓 Schedule
🚪 Gates Open: 10:00 AM
👕 Equipment & Uniform Fitting: 10:00 AM – 10:45 AM
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Parent Meeting: 11:00 AM
Parents should sit on the home bleachers.
👕 Equipment & Uniform Fitting Continues:
Immediately following the parent meeting until all attendees have been sized and fitted.
⚠️ Important Information
✅ Parents will receive a required form at the meeting that must be completed and signed.
✅ Equipment payment will be due at the meeting.
💵 Cash is preferred and easiest.
💳 We will also accept Square payments; however, please note that Square processing fees apply.
✅ We will have a sizing kit available for players to try on and ensure the correct fit.
🚨 Can't Attend?
If you are unable to attend the June 20th sizing date, please let us know ASAP. Uniform orders must be submitted by June 25th to ensure they arrive in time for the season.

📏 UNIFORM SIZING DATES
To ensure all uniforms arrive in time for the season, we will be holding uniform sizing on the following dates:
📅 Saturday, June 20th
📅 Tuesday, June 23rd
⚠️ IMPORTANT:
Uniform orders must be submitted by June 25th in order to receive them before the season begins.
If your cheerleader is unable to attend either sizing date, please notify us ASAP so we can make alternate arrangements.
⏰ More details regarding times and locations will be provided soon.

Some people downplayed us getting close to 300 players and took a shot. That hurt my feelings so today we hit 300 registered officially and I decided to make a small graphic... you know not to brag about it.

🤣🤣 Also, this is a major achievement and just proves that we are on the right path. Thank you to all 300 registered players and cheerleaders for choosing WV Venom this fall!!!
