Our 9u Aces were represented by three players (Hudson #8, Able #88 and Brody #17) at the Grinch Games in Myrtle Beach last weekend. These three led their team through a comeback and into 3 extra innings in gold bracket play. They had a good showing and although they came up short, they battled to the end.
These boys played every position on the field for the Mean Green Mashers!
Hudson played Catcher, SS, OF, 5PO’s, 2Hits, 2 walks, and drove in the tying run to go into extra innings
Able Pitched an inning (18P-10S), played 2nd, OF, had 6PO’s, 3Hits, forced 4Walks, and scored 6 Runs
Brody played 1st, Pitched an inning (16P-9S), Catcher, OF, had 7PO’s, 2Hits, 2HBP, 5runs (tying run for extras).
We couldn’t be more proud of how well these boys represented Union County Aces!
