The 8th grade Cubs picked up a strong Regional semifinal win Saturday morning, defeating Paris Mayo 42–28. Marshall received balanced scoring across the lineup, led by Cooper Dahnke with 12 points and Max Eastin with 10. Macallister Richardson and Preston Jones each added 7 points, while Jackson Wakefield finished with 6.

With the win, the Cubs advance to face Teutopolis on Tuesday night, with tip-off set for 6:00. 🏀 🦁

The 7th grade Cubs saw their season come to an end in the Regional Championship on Thursday night, falling to Teutopolis by a final score of 58–45. Marshall battled throughout the game, led offensively by Colby Claypool, who poured in 27 points. Orsen Delp added 8 points, followed by Augy Schneider with 6, while Cooper Bayes and Jace Mullen each chipped in 2.

With the loss, the Cubs close out an impressive season with a 20–3 record. This group showed tremendous dedication all year, consistently putting in the work at practice and competing the right way every time they took the floor. They are a tough, coachable group of boys who represented Marshall with pride and set a strong standard for the future. 🏀

The Marshall 7th grade boys delivered a dominant performance in the Regional Semifinals, defeating Robinson 66–29.

Colby Claypool led all scorers with 28 points, while Jace Mullen added 9. Augy Schneider chipped in 8 points, followed by Orsen Delp with 7 and Trent Bullock with 6. Emmett Maurer scored 5, Lucas Sherrell finished with 2, and Cooper Bayes added 1 to round out the scoring.

With the win, Marshall improves to 20–2 on the season and advances to the Regional Championship game this Thursday vs Teutopolis. Tip off is set for 6:30 at MJHS.
