The girls picked steak alfredo and game night. We had the best time sharing food, fellowship, and a little friendly competition between the oldies and the young ones. Unfortunately, no one has bragging rights… YET 😉

Starting a tradition with Team One! Our practice shirts are earned through consistent leadership, hard work, and accountability to yourself and your team. These girls take care of what’s asked without repeated reminders, push themselves on the field and in the weight room, and show through their actions that they’re ALL ABOARD.

Team One is laying the foundation for ETBU Flag Football—the traditions, the standards, and the culture that will carry on for years to come. Building something new won’t always be easy, but getting to shape a program from the very beginning is an opportunity few athletes ever have. I hope these girls know how special that is and how much pride they should take in what they’re helping create.
