Go Yellow Falcons!?!? What are the Yellow Falcons you might ask. Chapelgate's girl's middle school team did not have enough players to support a team for the entire year. Gerstell Academy was also in the same predicament. With both schools wanting to play this season the school teamed up to create the Yellow Falcons! The team traveled to Beth Tfiloh on Tuesday for the first game of the season the girls banded together to get their first win! Way to go girls! The team will travel to Gerstell for a sort of home game against Park. Go Yellow Falcons!

Perfection!!! The girls' varsity soccer team capped off a perfect week by dropping Garrison Forest 3-1 at the Hive on the Hill. Four matches and four wins! Varsity volleyball defeated Roland Park & Notre Dame Prep and the girls' varsity soccer team defeated Glenelg Country & Garrison Forest. Go Jackets!!! What a week for our girls' teams! Three amazing wins in the past three days. On Tuesday, the varsity volleyball team traveled to Roland Park and defeated the Reds in three straight sets. Then on Wednesday, the girls' varsity soccer team won 2-1 against Glenelg Country School. This is the first time in 13 years that Chapelgate has defeated Glenelg in girls' soccer. The excitement continued as the girls' varsity volleyball team hosted "A" Conference Notre Dame Prep. The girls didn't blink as they took down the Blazers 3-0. Both teams are currently in first place in their respective leagues. We are looking forward to a perfect week as the varsity girls' soccer team hosts Garrison Forest today at 4:00 p.m. Don't miss out on the action at the Hive on the Hill! A 3-0 start to the season as the varsity volleyball team dropped "A" conference McDonogh 3-2 last night at the Hive on the Hill. A great article was published on the IAAM website about our girls. After acing the IAAM “C” Conference last season and serving up Chapelgate Christian Academy’s first-ever school volleyball title, the Yellow Jackets hope to strike swiftly at the “B” Conference this year.

Another day and more accolades! Congratulations to Julian Sabbat and Justin Bishop who were named to the NCSAA (National Christian School Athletic Association) Super Regional Team! Julian and Justin had tremendous seasons this year! Julian or Justin led the team in minutes played, points per game, points scored, blocks, rebounds per game, steals per game, field goals made, free throws made, and three-pointers made. In some cases, they were the top two in these stats! This dynamic duo stuffed the stat book this year! Congrats on a great season! Go Jackets!!! A big shout out to our two IAAM All-Conference winners! Congrats to Senior Ryann Hines (Softball) and Senior Ella Krabitz (Lacrosse). The Chapelgate Athletic Department is proud to have these two honored! Both players were 4 year varsity players. We will miss them next year! Go Jackets!!!

Chapelgate is excited that Amanda Morse is taking her talents to Husson University next year. Amanda, a 4 year starter, and IAAM Champion, has played a huge part in the rebuilding of the volleyball program. We will miss not having her on the court next year but we know that she will be doing big things for the Eagles. Thanks for your dedication to the CCA athletic department! Congratulations to three of our senior student-athletes for committing to play in their college's athletics. Julian Sabbat committed to play basketball at Goucher College. Kya Beans committed to play soccer at McDaniel College. Ella Krabitz committed to play lacrosse at Grove City College. Congratulations to all three of them on this major accomplishment!
