Team’s need a leader. Besides coaches, we lean on a player who has demonstrated leadership, hard work, and a willingness to push thru the good times and bad. Caleigh Galvez has stepped up lately to become a crucial player on the Synergy Sisters, and it hasn’t gone unnoticed. Caleigh, congratulations, you are the new Team Captain of the Synergy Sisters. Proving, that starting outfielders are crucial to a teams success. Lead your team well, as previous Synergy Sister Captains have. You make the 4th ever Synergy Sister Captain. Player Spotlight! Audrena Keeler #24 is a OG Synergy Sister. This girl is 12 and is getting real close to 5 foot 8” already!! Audrena has very recently made leaps and bounds on her game by putting in the extra work! 90+ soft toss reps a day, extra fielding lessons, extra hitting lessons, her hard work is not going unnoticed. Audrena plays 3rd base and Outfield, making her a valuable asset to the Synergy Sister’s. Keep up the great work and keep grinding!

Last night, The Synergy Sisters got a taste of what the next step will feel and look like. 7 Marion Varsity Softball girls took time out of their Spring Break to mentor the next generation. We even mixed up the teams and got a little scrimmage in. Fun Times, and thanks to all that helped make this happen last night, y’all are truly amazing as well!

This weeks spotlight and player of the week goes to #19 Skylar Edmondson. In her short stint thus far with the Marion Synergy Sisters, Sky has made leaps and bounds since joining the team back in late December. Skylar has learned to overcome hurdles in front of her to take her game to a higher level. She can mash the ball as well as stop the ball when when needed behind the plate. Skylar brings a big wealth of knowledge to the team! Skylar is and will continue to be a huge part of the Synergy Sisters current and future success! Congrats this week Skylar!
