Hi, my name is Coach Gina, born and raised in a small town in Indiana. I am a mother of two handsome young men, i am a grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend. I love God, i live to satisfy my Father. I lost my youngest son to Fentanyl poisoning, and this has prompted me to want to help others. I have turned my pain into purpose by the grace of God.

Happy Friday!
Healing is a process, it doesn't happen overnight. When we lose someone we go through different emotions. So don't allow anyone to tell you that you should be done grieving.
We never stop grieving, we just learn to carry it along with us in a healthier way. In order to do that we must get the help we need to help us cope better, so we can find healing and joy again.
I pray you get the healing you need and go through the process to be able to live again.
