cade I have worked at the high school (Marshalltown), private sector (Sports Plus PT), DI (University of Norther Iowa) & NAIA (Dakota State University) levels. One of my passions on the side has been helping the community in more ways than just being a coach on campus. Although I love working collegiate strength and conditioning; helping to develop today’s youth and working population has always been a niche for me. The mission of “Vassalotti Barbell LLC” is simple, create an environment that embodies your strengths and allows you to showcase them. Strength comes in many forms but to go through life without finding them is a complete disservice to your physical capabilities. The world would be a much better place if we all strived to be the strongest version of ourselves. “Weak. Break.” famously coined by the late strength coach Louie Simmons couldn’t have said it better. Vassalotti Barbell may have taken years to become a reality, but it will take a community to give it a name worth talking about. I’ve used a phrase called “Boom Baby!” which is more than a way to train but a way to get after life! Let me help you become the best version of yourself by finding your true strengths. – BOOM BABY!
