We run classes for students aged 4 and up (including high schoolers and adults!!) from 6pm to 8pm Monday and Wednesday at the Tully Elementary Playroom Gym (next to the Football Field) and do training over the summer at our home Studio in Otisco! It's finally nice enough kids classes are starting up again. Classes will be Wednesdays 5-6pm starting May 18th. Looking forward to seeing everyone after the long winter break!

Anyone have suggestions for waterproofing the dojo? We're normally fighting the moisture creep, but these storms flooded and made a mess out of the sub flooring and under the mats. We're currently concrete floor with sub flooring on top.

As you know - April 15th was yesterday - and we are not re-opening yet. We're doing our part to keep everyone safe and healthy, as well as following guidelines set forth by the State. We miss you all and look forward to when we can reopen, though!
