‼️Any one in my softball family thats seeing me today or tomorrow have softball cleats youth size 3(ish). My daughter Mabel decided to join her sister Espie this year in softball.. and we found out yesterday practice starts Wednesday lol. Woops.

Ive had a lot of people reach out lately about remote lessons. While I prefer at least 1 in person eval for my out of state girls and check ins a few times a year..

She didn’t gain 5 MPH. We just stopped coaching 5 MPH OUT of her.

Same pitcher. Same evaluation.

We tested how her body naturally prefers to move, adjusted her mechanics to match, and the difference was immediate.

This pitcher clearly has her own style of body awareness 😂

I can show her the motion and explain what I want her body to do… but the magic happens when she figures out what that movement feels like to HER.

Right shoulder behind left? “Diagonal Michael Jackson move.”
Through the tunnel? “Ninja Turtles sewer.”
Whip? “Whip, whip, whip—erooo.” 😂
Attack → pause → attack? “Bomb. omb.” 💣

Do those cues make sense to me? Not even a little bit. 😂
Do they make sense to HER mind and body? Absolutely.

That’s body awareness. I don’t need my pitchers to memorize MY words.. I want them to understand their own movement well enough to create cues they can actually feel and repeat, especially when I am not around.

If you can feel it, you can fix it.
