Community Work Day was a huge success! We even got 25 burpees done in the baseball outfield!

The Saturday October 2nd Armor & Iron workout tomorrow morning will be different, but is an excellent opportunity to serve our community. We will be using our bodies to assist with the Community Work Day organized by the Sneads Recreation Board at the Town of Sneads Recreation Facility (Adam Tucker Wilson Park). 8am-12pm, we hope to see you there!
