Fun fact. . . . both Fred Astaire and Gene Kelly started dancing so their sisters could have a dance partner - a way to keep them busy while their sisters danced, but a funny thing happened . . . they got REALLY good at it. In both cases, everyone thought of their sister as "the star" and the glue that held the act together, but when their sisters each decided they were ready to transition to something different, the men kept dancing . . . and became some of the most recognizable stars . . . even decades later, people recognize their names, love to watch them dance, know their faces.
