🏆 Manti Wrestlers at Iowa Preseason Nationals! 🏆

Big weekend for our Manti wrestlers — Kellen Peterson, Wyatt Hanks, Durke Larsen, Waylon Jarvis, and Brian Marquez — as they hit the mats at the 2025 Brian Keck Memorial Preseason Nationals in Des Moines, Iowa!

This is one of the biggest preseason tournaments in the country, and these boys have worked hard to earn their spot. Let’s cheer them on as they represent Manti with heart, determination, and True Grit! 💪❤️🖤

These are the tournaments in our area that we recommend having your wrestlers compete in. We are going to try to take as many wrestlers to as many tournaments as possible. There will be some that conflict with high school tournaments where we have a son wrestling, but we will do our best to have a coach or coaches at tournaments for your wrestlers. We will also try to set up more team duals with other schools on our area.

Tournaments can be found at www.wrestleutah.com but registration for all tournaments is on www.trackwrestling.com. You will need a TrackWrestling account/profile for your wrestler.
(You do not need to pay for the membership, but you can if you want to get text notifications for mat assignments at tournaments, or be able to watch LIVE for the tournaments that do video.)

All wrestlers will need a USA wrestling card (get the full athlete if you want your wrestler to do tournaments during the jr high season AND Freestyle/Greco.) Otherwise, Limited Folkstyle is sufficient, and you can upgrade later if needed.

Team communications will be through the True Grit group on the GroupMe app.

True Grit is back! 💪🏽🤼‍♂️

We kicked off the season last night and are excited for another great year! Practices will be held every Tuesday and Wednesday evening from 6–7 PM in the Manti High School wrestling room.

💵 Cost: $60 for the 6-week session (must be prepaid).
Payment can be made via Venmo or cash at the door — whichever is easiest!

Can’t wait to see everyone on the mats TONIGHT! 🥇🔥

Junior High Wrestling (4th–8th Grade) is back starting October 14!

• When: Tuesdays & Wednesdays, 6:00–7:00 PM

• Where: Manti High School wrestling room

• Duration: 6 weeks

• Cost: $60 for the session

• Payment: ALL SESSIONS MUST BE PREPAID! Venmo preferred or cash on first and second nights of practice.

Get signed up for our annual True Grit Wrestling Camp, taking place on June 6th and 7th!! 🤼‍♂️

The camp fee of $120 includes participation in the camp, a t-shirt, and lunch on Saturday. The camp is open to boys from 6th-12th grade. Sessions will run on both Friday and Saturday from 10 am to 12 pm and 2 pm to 4 pm at Manti High School.
