We live as if our standing with God depends on what we bring to the table—our good works, our spiritual consistency, our ability to get it right.

But our acceptance isn't based on our performance; it's secured by Christ's blood shed once and for all.

Hebrews reminds us that Jesus entered the Most Holy Place not with the blood of goats and calves, but with His own blood, "having obtained eternal redemption" (Hebrews 9:12). This wasn't a temporary fix or a conditional arrangement—it was a permanent solution that covers every failure, every weakness, every moment when we fall short.

Your standing before God isn't determined by today's devotional time, yesterday's mistakes, or tomorrow's struggles. It's established by the finished work of Christ.

Powerful passage from God through Paul:
"For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord." —Romans 8:38-39

Absolutely nothing can separate believers from the love of God which is centered on Christ. You can count on it all day, every day.
