Top Shelf Farm is a private, family-run Hunter/Jumper facility situated on 8 peaceful acres in Mansfield Township, with easy access to I-295 and the NJ Turnpike.
We offer attentive, detail-oriented care in a quiet, well-managed environment where your horse’s health, happiness, and performance come first.

• Owner/trainer lives on-site
• Spacious 12x12 stalls
• Overhead fly spray system
• Brand new, climate-controlled tack room
• Heated feed room
• Insulated wash stall with hot & cold water (stays warm in winter)
• Fiber/sand outdoor arena with lights & automatic watering system
• Excellent pasture management with attached dry lots
• Daily (often twice daily) paddock cleaning
• Run-in sheds in every paddock
• Stalls picked multiple times daily, including night check
• Manure removed off-site
• High-quality grain & hay (free-choice hay available)
• Exceptionally clean and well-maintained facility
• Dry lot options for IR/Cushing’s horses
• Heated water buckets in winter (stalls & paddocks)

• No indoor arena; however, we trailer out to local indoor facilities during inclement weather
