💣 BOMB SQUAD BASEBALL TRYOUT UPDATE 💣

At Bomb Squad Baseball, we’re committed to building our team the right way. To give every player the best opportunity to compete for a roster spot, we’ve decided to reschedule our tryouts.

With the extreme heat, the start of Cub football, and several players still honoring commitments to their current teams, we believe this is the best decision for our athletes and their families.

We want every player to have the opportunity to compete at their best in a safe environment and without having to choose between commitments.

Our new tryout date will be announced soon. We appreciate everyone’s understanding, support, and excitement as we prepare to build something special.

The wait will be worth it.

Tryouts are just a few days away! With that being said, we just wanted to share a bit about who the Bomb Squad is.

Our team is about so much more than wins and losses. We believe baseball is a tool to help young athletes grow on and off the field. We will teach respect, sportsmanship, accountability, and what it means to be a great teammate. We want our players to learn how to encourage others, handle challenges with character, and build friendships that last far beyond the game.

MOST importantly, we believe every child deserves an opportunity to play, learn and grow. Our program isn’t just for “the best of the best”. We welcome all kids who are willing to work hard, have fun, and be a part of a team environment. Every player matters. Every player has value. Every player deserves a chance.

If you’re looking for a baseball family that puts character before championships and development before trophies, we’d love to have you join us! Because at the end of the day, we’re not just developing ball players - we’re helping shape confident, respectful young people who will succeed in life.

It’s not too late to sign up! Tryouts are July 11th & 12th 4pm-6pm. If these dates do not work for you, reach out and we’re willing to make arrangements as needed. We are looking forward to the kids coming out this weekend!

Congratulations to the Manning 8U All Stars on an impressive run in the South Carolina DYB Division 2 State Tournament! They finished 3rd (out of 230+ teams) in the state in their division. That’s something to be proud of! These boys showed hard work, passion, grit and determination! Winning the district championship and making it to state is huge, but what makes it even bigger is the fact that this is the FIRST Manning 8U baseball team to ever win the district and the ONLY Manning team who has ever made it this far in the state tournament. these boys made history!! They’ve represented Manning and District 9 so well ❤️⚾️
