-Single Mat Pilates or Barre Classes (inlcuding Cardio Sculpt) is $20, 10 pack package $130, 5 pack $85

-Single Reformer Class $35, 10 pack package $270, 5 pack $150

-Monthly Membership (8 Reformer classes:month + unlimited Barre and Mat classes) $179/month.

Summer is here (finally!) and with it I understand that schedules change. With that comes a few updates to our schedule as well so Vagaro will always be your #1 source of the most recent class schedule.

One addition we're especially excited about is that Tuck & Tone will be offering FREE childcare during select classes, provided by a certified babysitter. This service is designed to make it easier for parents to take time for themselves and enjoy a workout worry-free.

Come & feel the infrared heat !! Heated Cardio Sculpt starts tomorrow 6/9 at 8 am and next week Monday at 5:15 PM, Heated Matt Pilates this Thursday 6/11 at 7 AM . Barre and Mat Pilates packages can be used for both classes or you may buy a single class to try it out. 😅.

Thank you for all your wonderful feedback. I will be a reformer class to the schedule; at 5:15 am on Tuesdays and likely another evening class soon.

If you see a class on the schedule, but it’s not the class you’re wanting , please note that Reformer Foundations can always be made more challenging by adding spring resistance and Reformer Flow can be made easier by lowering resistance and/or leaving out props like dumbbells or the like. I’ve got your back for modifications!

Reformer classes will also be increasing in capacity to six after June 10 🙌🎉.

Barre and Mat classes may be canceled if less than four participants attend on a regular basis and for Reformer classes, less than two people.

I may occasionally swap a class out for another if I’m noticing one class filling up and another wide open.

As a reminder, cardio sculpt and heated Mat Pilates classes start next week. If you want to come and sweat it out with me for 50 minutes, sign up soon.
