I say this with all of the love in the world. If you hire me as your coach, then you need to be coachable!

If I correct your form, it’s not because I’m picking on you, I just don’t want you to get hurt on my watch.

If you complain you’re not losing weight and aren’t where you want to be, but refuse to track everything that goes in your mouth, or even send me food photos, we will never solve your weight problem.

I can coach you to get where you want to be, but that involves YOU being coachable and listening to the advice I’m giving you.

No trainer, program, diet, or meal plan will work, unless YOU put in the work!

Meal prep doesn’t have to take long and it doesn’t have to be complicated. I hate cooking, but I have to eat. So easy and quick is the name of the game for me!

Here’s what’s on the menu for the last week, and probably the next few weeks.

I’m in a busy season of in person sessions right now, so I’m having 3 bigger meals instead of 3 meals and 2 snacks. It’s what’s working for me at the moment.

Keeping my meals the same makes it easier to track, buy food, and not have to plan every week.

Breakfast is an egg bake with Canadian bacon, and oatmeal with chia seeds.

Lunch is baked chicken breast, basmati rice, spinach, mushrooms, avocado, sauerkraut, pineapple, and dates.

Dinner is ground turkey, sauerkraut, and broccoli and a date if I’m wanting something sweet.
