Our 16 Week Winter Program is designed to help players develop all offseason long with consistent, high level instruction at NH Sportshouse. Players receive training in:

• Strength & Conditioning
• Team Hitting
• Defensive Skills

• Pitching Instruction

This isn't just a few winter workouts. It's a complete offseason development program built to help athletes improve their skills, build confidence, and prepare for the spring season.

We’re excited to have Roxanne Nelson leading our New England Prospects 18+ Summer Team!

Roxanne played Division II softball at American International College (AIC) as a starting second baseman and brings years of coaching experience and knowledge to the program. Since finishing her collegiate career, Roxanne has helped develop young athletes both on and off the field through coaching roles with the New England Diamond Gems and Londonderry Lightning organizations.

Her passion for helping players grow in confidence, leadership, and skill makes her a great fit for this team.
