✨ Soaking up the Season of Change ✨

We tested out our first weekend camping retreat at Silver Lake in June Lake at the end of September!

✨5 professional and motivated women connected under the stars, sitting around the fire.

🧘🏻‍♀️We breathed deeply to envision our fullest 🍁fall🍁potential, bathing in sound as the sun rose illuminating the lake.

🙌🏼We mindfully moved our minds, bodies, and breath in rhythmic strokes as we glided under a vast landscape.

🤍We shared intentions, embraced creativity, remained present, and opened our hearts to gratitude for ourselves, each other, and the wild beauty of the Eastern Sierra.

🍁This September, we’re focusing on BEGINNINGS.🍁

✨Stepping out of our comfort zone allows us to gain new perspectives and challenge ourselves, our beliefs, and our worldviews. When we remain in our own bubble, surrounded by familiar perspectives and viewpoints, our boundaries are not tested. Although there is nothing wrong with being comfortable, we must remember that GROWTH takes place when we move outside the bubble.

🆕Embarking on a new endeavor, letting go of old habits, or embracing change may feel uncomfortable, confronting, or scary; but stepping into the unknown may offer new perspectives and test the foundation of your beliefs and worldviews.
