🩰GREAT NEWS!!! Barre has been rescheduled to tomorrow evening, with a twist!🩰

Transform with Barre is going to have its first collab with a 200-Hr Trained Yoga Instructor from our local community: Kari Lauzon!

We decided to combine our classes tomorrow. Yoga will begin at 5:00 PM, as originally scheduled with the Malone Rec Park. We will take a quick break to transition into barre class around 5:45 PM. We are going to discuss how both practices connect and the benefits of building them into a routine together.

You are welcome to join yoga, join barre, or join BOTH! Highly encouraged to try both! We can’t wait to see you on the mat🧘🏻‍♀️ AND at the barre🩰!!!
