GAP Fitness Studios, LLC is an independent functional fitness studio located in Malakoff, TX specializing in small group training, 1-1 fitness coaching, drop in exercise classes, fitness parties, fitness enhancing workshops, and wellness retreats. Mitcham St. location since 2024. The studio specializes in group exercise classes, private fitness parties, wellness retreats, one-on-one training, and

special events. Classes are small and intimate for a personalized experience and designed for all fitness levels. We use mats, balls, yoga blocks, straps, and hand weights to get the body moving and working up a sweat. We are a pay-per-class studio - where we have tossed the monthly contracts giving you the flexibility you need to fit fitness into your busy lake life schedules.
