Hello WHS students and parents. If you are planning on playing a Fall Sport this year, the first official and mandatory practice starts on Monday, August 11th. (Tomorrow)

Girls and boys soccer - 5:00 to 7:00PM (M-F)
Football - 5:00 to 7:00PM (M-F)
JV Cheer - 4:00 to 6:00PM (M-F)
Varsity Cheer - 5:00 to 7:00PM (M-F)
Cross Country- 5:00 to 7:00PM (M-F)
JV Girls Volleyball - 3:00 to 5:00PM (M-W)

Physicals Tuesday and Thursday

Anyone needing a physical. Izzy, the doctor, at Healing Central, is accepting walk-ins for athletes between 1-4 tomorrow (Tuesday) and Thursday. Healing Central is located at 750A Central St. The office is in the alley hidden behind the green building on Central Ave.

Your eligibility paperwork is due by Monday, August 11th! This includes your health physical, among other documents. Make your appointments with your providers so you can participate on August 11th.

For the upcoming free sports physicals, the scheduled dates are:

Sunday, July 13th from 7am-12pm at the Adventist Health Redwood Clinic,
3 Marcela Dr in Willits

and Saturday, July 19th from 7am-1pm at Adventist Health Ukiah Valley (AHUV),
260 Hospital Drive in Ukiah.
