I had a blast doing University of Kentucky Wildcats IQ: The Ultimate Test of a True Fandom author visit/assemblies at Goodridge Elementary School Friday! I also enjoyed planning IGNITE monthly family engagement events with members of their leadership team. Popping in on some classrooms was also a thrill; however, empowering Ms. Buus and her students to hold me accountable to my ambitious November writing goals is a bit scary! Thank you GES Principal Jen Patrick, staff and students for a memorable day!

Are there any other diehard fans out there wondering if Robert “The Maniac” Beaudoin is the first in line to get into Miller Park today wearing his helmet? I also wonder if he has his two seat cushions to clap together in the bleachers when Hader comes in to close out Game 7 the way he did for Dan Pleasac all those years at County Stadium. So many great memories shared with faithful fans! Robert Beaudoin !
