Hello! My name is Robert Olmedo. I am an officially certified Soo Bahk Do instructor who has spent many years training and passing official exams in South Korea to earn my title as Sa Bom Nim at 5th O Dan level.
In our class I will be teaching students a martial art that people of any age or gender or fitness level to learn which will inspire the, with confidence to defend yourself and your loved ones while faced with physical conflict.
We learn and practice virtues as follows:
Respect, Discipline, Honesty, Humility, Endurance, Courage, confidence, concentration, social skills, focus and the balance between tension & relaxation while supporting each other in our growth.
