DARA is excited to announce upcoming Demo Days for Zumba Gold and our newest program Bodies in Motion. You will be able to participate in abbreviated sessions where you’ll have a chance to ask questions and get a chance to try out older adult group exercise programs meant to keep you active and healthy.
Wednesday, September 27 6:00-7:00 p.m. at the DeWitt City Hall Community Room (Both Zumba Gold and Bodies in Motion)
Thursday, September 28 9:30-10:30 (Just Bodies in Motion)
