Meet up is being rescheduled to next weekend 4/27 due to the strongman competition this weekend. I know we could work around it, but the gym will be busy and probably a little chaotic. We will meet around 12 to hang, workout at 1, then snack time at 2. See y’all then at !! ❤️‍🔥

Our next meetup will be held on Saturday, April 20, at . We will meet and hang at 12 PM, begin working out at 1 PM, and finish around 2 PM to hang out and eat. Feel free to bring snacks!

Also, feel free to train however you please. You can train solo or join the group workout.
