I aspire to be as calm as this man! 🫶

Just wanted to show the world that RSS Twisted Fortune can, in fact, open a gate! His mother, on the other hand, is more likely to let all the cattle out. 🤦‍♀️😂

BUT this weekend at Nationals, I'm opening ALL the gates from the saddle, and I'm doing it correctly! 💪🤣

We got this, Tucker ! 💜

Every trainer needs a trainer and I'm sure lucky to have a great one in my corner

🏆🐴💜 GYPSY NATIONALS 2026, HERE WE COME! 💜🐴🏆

The countdown is ON! We are just DAYS away from Gypsy Nationals, and I couldn't be more excited for what this week has in store for us!

RSS Twisted Fortune has officially earned his spot at Nationals, and he didn't just qualify… he showed up and SHOWED OUT! 🔥

🏆 1st Place – Trail

🏆 1st Place – Ranch Riding

🏆 1st Place – Ranch Trail

🏆 1st Place – Western Dressage

🌟 HIGHEST OVERALL SCORE OUT OF ALL WESTERN DRESSAGE COMPETITORS!

We also earned Top 4 qualifications in Western Dressage Suitability and Western Pleasure!

Now we're heading into Nationals with 6 NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP TITLES ON THE LINE! 🏆💪

🎃 NOW LET'S TALK ABOUT THE FUN PART… THE DECORATIONS! 🎃

You can find us in the MAIN SHOW BARN, where we'll be showing off our decorated stalls! If you know me, you know decorating is practically a competition of its own, and quite possibly my favorite part! 😂💜

Come visit us, check out our setup, grab some FREE SWAG, popcorn and of course, help yourself to some Halloween candy! 🍬👻 We would absolutely love to see everyone!

❤️ NOW FOR THE PART THAT MAKES THIS YEAR A LITTLE DIFFERENT…

I'll be competing with a torn ACL, bone bruising, and a sprain. 😳 Not exactly how I pictured heading into one of the biggest shows of the year!

Walking is currently a challenge, and surgery is waiting for me when I get home. But giving up? That's just not who I am.

This year has reminded me that sometimes chasing your dreams takes a whole lot more than determination. Sometimes it takes an entire village.

And let me tell you, I HAVE ONE INCREDIBLE VILLAGE! 💜

🐴 Jeremy Dull Horsemanship – A HUGE thank you to my trainer, Jeremy Dull, for taking my horse in at the last minute for a week of tuning up and daily lessons. Your willingness to jump in and help means more than you know!

💜 My Twisted M Stables staff, trainers, and my husband – You have literally been doing EVERYTHING I physically cannot do. From the smallest tasks to the biggest responsibilities, you have stepped up in ways I could never repay. I couldn't make this happen without you.

💜 Gail Shrine – Thank you for introducing me to Kade who will be helping us unload and get everything set up! Something that normally wouldn't be a big deal has become a massive challenge, and having that extra help is such a blessing.

💜 My entire Twisted M Stables family – Thank you for holding down the fort while I'm gone. Knowing my horses, clients, and facility are in good hands allows me to focus on competing and enjoying this experience.

Normally, putting together a horse show doesn't require a small army. But when you can barely walk, you quickly discover just how many jobs you normally do yourself! 😂

This injury has forced me to slow down, accept help, and realize just how many incredible people I have standing behind me.

🌟💜 AND TO OUR AMAZING SPONSORS… THANK YOU! 💜🌟

One of my favorite parts of attending these shows is getting to showcase the incredible small businesses that support Twisted M Stables and help make these dreams possible!

These businesses don't just support a horse show. They support hard work, dedication, long days, big dreams, and the people behind them.

Please show them the same love and support they have shown us!

🏆 FIVE NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP TITLES. FIVE DAYS. ONE INCREDIBLE TEAM. 🏆

When life throws you a curveball, sometimes it's just setting you up for your next victory.

This certainly isn't how I imagined finishing my show season. I pictured myself running around the barn, decorating stalls, preparing horses, and doing the million little things I normally do without thinking twice. Instead, I'm learning to accept help, trust my team, and appreciate every single person making this possible.

But one thing hasn't changed…

MY DETERMINATION TO CHASE THESE DREAMS! 💜🔥

Regardless of what happens in that arena, I already feel incredibly blessed to be making this trip.

After Nationals, it's surgery time. But until then, we have memories to make, dreams to chase, and National Championship titles to fight for!

LET'S MAKE GYPSY NATIONALS 2026 ONE FOR THE BOOKS! 🏆🐴💜💚

💜🐴 One Step Closer to Recovery! Torn ACL and All! 💪

For those who have been following my journey with my torn ACL, today was a GREAT day! 🙌

Today, I met what feels like an incredible doctor with an equally incredible staff. Everyone was so helpful, kind, organized, and willing to move at the pace I'm comfortable with. And if you know me, you know my pace is usually FAST! 😂

Today, I was finally given the green light to start walking without fear! And I'm not going to lie, there has been A LOT of fear surrounding this injury. It's a strange feeling going from being someone who is constantly on the move to suddenly being afraid to take a step.

Now, walking in the sand wasn't exactly the doctor's recommendation, but for some reason, I feel safer in the sand than I do on tile or concrete. Probably because I practically live outside and that's what I'm used to! 🤣🐴

Thankfully, this torn ACL isn't considered an injury requiring immediate emergency surgery. In fact, I actually need to complete some physical therapy BEFORE surgery can even happen. Finding a doctor who understands my lifestyle, my goals, and my desire to remain active has been a challenge, but today I genuinely feel like I found the right one.

I have NEVER had a doctor spend over an hour with me. Not just talking, but actually examining me, explaining everything, answering questions, and making sure I understood the process. Someone who truly seemed to understand that being active isn't just something I enjoy, it's my career, my passion, and a huge part of who I am.

After weeks of frustration, uncertainty, phone calls, and trying to figure everything out, today felt like a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders. 💜

So here they are... my first steps toward getting stronger, preparing for ACL reconstruction, and eventually getting back to doing everything I love. 💪

But first...

🏆🐴 IT'S TIME TO GET HORSE SHOW READY! 🐴🏆

Because apparently a torn ACL wasn't enough to keep me from chasing a few more dreams before surgery! 😂💜

☀️🐴 JoJo, soaking up the sunshine and looking absolutely beautiful! 💜

Behind every scar is a story, and JoJo has quite a few to tell. Even after losing an eye, she has never lost her shine. ✨

Despite everything she's been through, JoJo has blossomed into an incredible lesson horse, teaching riders, building confidence, and proving that a horse doesn't have to be perfect to be absolutely priceless. ❤️

She's a beautiful reminder that scars don't define a horse, and neither does their past. Sometimes the ones who have been through the most have the greatest gifts to give. 🥹

Please consider adoption when looking for your next horse. There are so many incredible horses out there just waiting for someone to give them a chance.

💙 Check out Bluebonnet Equine Humane Society and help give another deserving horse the happy ending they deserve!

Where do winners shop? Apparently JDH Performance Gear! Not only was her run AMAZING, she looked great in her stunning JDH Ranch Pad and breathable JDH Show Shirt. Congrats Dudley & Lori Sparkman and EscNightimeMegaSpins winning both the Cutting and the Cowwork at the Aggieland Classic.

🐾❤️ All 6 kittens are officially pending pickup! ❤️🐾

A HUGE thank you to everyone who stepped up, shared posts, reached out, and played a part in saving lives this weekend! Whether you offered a home, helped spread the word, or simply cared enough to get involved, you made a difference. Five little lives now have a chance at a better future, and that means so much to me! 🥹❤️

Unfortunately, our work doesn't end here. We have SO many feral cats around the property that I'm pretty sure I'm just a few cats away from officially opening my own cat sanctuary! 😆🐈

Please, if you ever hear of someone looking for a cat or kitten, keep us in mind! There are so many beautiful cats out here that deserve a chance.

I'm also looking for recommendations for organizations that offer Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) programs or would be willing to come out and help. I'm 100% supportive of trapping, spaying/neutering, and safely returning feral cats to their familiar environment. I've personally covered these expenses in the past, but unfortunately, I can no longer afford to keep doing it on my own. The need has simply become bigger than what one person can financially handle.

And lastly, something I feel very strongly about...

PLEASE spay and neuter your pets! ❤️

If you're going to take on the responsibility of owning an animal, that responsibility includes preventing unwanted litters. It's heartbreaking how many animals end up abandoned, homeless, or struggling to survive because someone didn't take that responsibility seriously.

The reality is that when people don't do their part, rescues, volunteers, and everyday animal lovers are left picking up the pieces, often at their own expense.

Animals deserve better than that. 🐾

Thank you again to everyone who helped this weekend. Five little lives may not change the world, but to those five kittens, their whole world is about to change. ❤️
