Video evidence of the mind saying NO but the body says YES! got in his own head a little bit reppin' 205 on the deadlift for the first time but he was able to get himself together and grind out 6 solid reps. This kid is 13 and has been lifting for 8 weeks and he's finding out really quick that God has gifted him with STRENGTH!

Same meal prep. Same goals. Very different levels of trust issues with vegetables. 😂

Couples that meal prep together stay together…
even when one person’s container looks like a garden
and the other looks like prison gains. 🍗🍚

He’s over here chasing micronutrients.
I’m just trying not to accidentally eat a vegetable.

Started with the cute little jar of jalapeños like amateurs… now we’ve upgraded to the industrial-size emotional support peppers 🌶️😂

At this point Matt’s chicken is just a vehicle for jalapeños.

Meal prep getting so repetitive we had two choices:
1. Quit prep
2. Buy the 1/2 gallon jar

We chose violence. 😮‍💨🔥

Nothing humbles a grown man faster than opening container #4 of chicken and rice for the day.

Matt’s solution? Jalapeños!

Because if the meal prep is gonna burn you out mentally… it might as well burn physically too. 🌶️🔥😂
