Thanks to MSHSL for sharing our story! It was an amazing first year officially being a part of the league!

For many students at Lac qui Parle Valley, the addition of boys volleyball as an MSHSL-sanctioned sport couldn't have come at a better time. That's because 34 of the 36 players on the Eagles' 2026 team were Micronesian, hailing from a Pacific island culture that has always played volleyball.
