🥋 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐚𝐧 𝐇𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐫 — 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐢𝐨 “𝐅𝐨𝐜𝐚” 𝐅𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐳 𝐒𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫 (𝐆𝐢 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐩)
Today, we had the privilege of hosting 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐢𝐨 “𝐅𝐨𝐜𝐚” 𝐅𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐳 for the Gi portion of his seminar at One Tribe. Everything about this day will stay with us — the technique, the insight, the humility, the energy.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐬:
• The instruction was next-level: tight detail, deliberate setups, transitions that break the “either/or” thinking.
• Even at his level, Julio stresses evolving mindset, positional control, and fluidity over force.
• Lots of white‐belt to advanced folks in the room — and I saw everyone grow by the minute.
• The crowd was locked in from start to finish. The RCR crowd stood up to it.
