Just because you can, doesn’t mean you should. A great coach works with you to determine what’s right for you, right now. Sometimes it’s a lighter weight than you’re capable of, sometimes it’s more than you thought possible. Your workout is only a fraction of what makes you fitter, and your ability to perform well depends on factors such as nutrition, sleep, recovery, and mindset. You’re not the same “you” every day. And that’s okay. ❤️
