We are excited to kick off another great year with Madill Athletics Fall Media Day! Please take a moment to review the information below so your athlete's picture day goes as smoothly as possible.
📷 PhotoDay AdvancePay
This year we will once again be using the PhotoDay AdvancePay system.
What is AdvancePay?
AdvancePay works like a gift card. You simply purchase a credit before Media Day, then apply that credit to your order once your photos are available.
Can I order another way?
Yes! If you prefer not to use AdvancePay, you may place your order in person at the check-in table on Media Day.
⭐ Important Photo Information
All athletes will be photographed for their team photo.
To receive an individual photo session, athletes must have:
AdvancePay credit on their account OR
Place an order during check-in on Media Day.
Athletes who do not have AdvancePay credit or place an order at check-in will be included in the team photo only. Individual photos will not be taken, so they will not be available for purchase later.

🔍 Finding Your Photos
Your athlete's gallery will be available through FaceFind, PhotoDay's facial recognition feature. Simply upload a photo of your student from your camera roll, and FaceFind will locate all of their available images.

📦 Home Delivery
This year, all photo orders will be shipped directly to your home, making it even more convenient for families.
📱 Cell Phone Reminder
To help keep Media Day running smoothly and provide the best experience for everyone, we ask that all cell phones remain put away while athletes are being photographed. Personal photography during Media Day is not permitted. Thank you for helping us respect the photographer's workspace and keep the lines moving efficiently.

NATIVE ALL-STATE HONOR

Congratulations to Lamiyah Brown on being selected to represent both the Chickasaw Nation and Madill High School in the Oklahoma Native All-State Game!

Lamiyah continues to set the standard with her hard work, pride, and dedication to the game. We are incredibly proud to see her represent our program and community on this stage.
