Big Changes in the Air!!

Starting with this page.
Introducing my latest sacred space, and the one that will remain until my days are done: Her Sovereign Way.

I am honored to share that Her Sovereign Way™ is now officially trademarked and is also the name of my new business here in Georgia. This isn’t just a name, it’s the sacred container for everything I create from here forward.

Every oracle deck, workshop, retreat, program, and platform I open will live under this banner, woven together with the same intention: to guide women back to their body, their truth, and their power.

Her Sovereign Way™ is more than a brand, it is a movement.
A remembering.
A call to root deeply, rise fully, and walk in the world as the sovereign beings we were born to be.

I have many plans, all to be revealed in due time.
But for now, I can share with you my first creation in a long line of happy days ahead!

After months of toiling, keeping my creation close to my chest, I am so happy to announce...I have FINALLY published my own deck of oracle cards!

I have wanted to create my own oracle deck for years.
I’d sit down to begin… and nothing would flow.

At first, I thought maybe it just wasn’t the right time.
Now I know, it wasn’t that she wasn’t ready…
It was that I wasn’t ready.

I had to live each and every card before I could birth them into the world.
I had to meet my own deaths and rebirths, to fall apart and reweave myself again and again.
I had to learn how to hold the frequency of each card, not just as words, but as lived, embodied truth.

And now, she’s here!!

Hey pretty peeps!

As we move into a new year I'll be making some shifts for myself. I'm moving things out, calling things in, and staying focused on what is calling to my soul. Deeply now, more than ever before.

That will reflect in how I communicate and how accessible I'll be in the first part of the year. You won't see much of me as I will be retreating to reconnect to my path, practice, and healing journey.

A clear sign when someone struggles with sleep is due to high cortisol levels that come from chronic fight or flight. The longer you live in that state the more the body creates a default to living that way, even when it isn't needed. The answer is to find ways to reset the nervous system, allowing for healthy rhythm through the sympathetic and parasympathetic.

I won't lie, this isn't a quick fix, take a pill, slap on a band-aid so you can feel better in the moment type of experience. It takes dedication, consistency, and the rebuilding of trust within your own body to feel safe. Like all healing journeys...it takes time to unravel the way your body is programmed to survive. It takes compassion for all the ways you've adapted to your trauma. And it take kindness to move into new spaces and not be perfect.
