Our Story
As a working mom, yoga instructor, health coach and student, Autumn understands life gets busy and can be tough to balance. When she is not teaching yoga, you can find her coaching others to live a healthy lifestyle. She is passionate about helping others achieve their best life by pushing you to reach your health goals. Autumn received her 200 Hour Teacher Training from Homegrown Yoga in Warner Robins and her Health Coach Certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance.
