Recap from FALS 🏁

Had a pretty good car all night Saturday at Fairbury, started the night qualifying 13th in our group, finished 2 spots out of the transfer spot in our heat race and 2 spots out in the B. These results definitely don’t reflect on how good the car was all night. We had a very positive experience this past weekend and think we took another step forward! Rough ending to our night at Coles County Speedway, fell backwards and couldn’t stay out of the chaos, pulled off to save our stuff finishing p16, we go again tonight with the Summer Nationals at Fairbury American Legion Speedway! All the racing will be on DIRTVision!

Unfortunately rained out for Peoria tomorrow! Plan is still Coles County Speedway Friday and Fairbury American Legion Speedway Saturday weather permitting!

Rained out at Quincy Raceways 🫤 we are going to look at our schedule to see what summer nationals races we’ll hit and get out on update sometime this week!

Tonight’s MLRA race has been postponed

With steady rain already this morning and more forecasted throughout the day plus clouds and high humidity all day, we are forced to cancel tonight’s racing action. Both track and MLRA • Midwest Latemodel Racing Association officials have been in constant contact all weekend and we have to do what’s best for our drivers, fans, and the facility. We appreciate Ernie and his team for working with us, we will look for a date to reschedule later this year if possible. As we all know we are at the mercy of Mother Nature, she is the true Race Director.

We’ll be back in action June 14 with the first of two visits from the Sprint Invaders!

A light weekend for JDR as we will take tonight and tomorrow off and head to Quincy Raceways Sunday! We will take the next 2 days to get the car squared away and ready to go! Red Hill Recap!

Took our first trip to Red Hill Raceway last night with the MARS Racing Series! Started the night qualifying 12th out of 25 mods. Started 4th in our heat, got shuffled around and went backwards and brought it back up to finish 5th. We went out P15 in the feature and raced our way to 11th. Had a good piece all night long! Rained out at Paducah International Raceway 👎🏼 we will take the night off and head to Red Hill Raceway tomorrow for another night of MARS Racing Series action!

USA World 50 at Paducah International Raceway Postponed Due to Continuous Showers

While the speedway managed to dodge showers all afternoon, pop-up showers and storms developed to the south and set in over the Paducah International Raceway just as the drivers meeting concluded. Due to the ongoing showers and continuous redevelopment to the south, tonight’s USA World 50 / Roy Brown Memorial has been postponed. 20 MARS Late Model Championship powered by FK Rod Ends teams and 16 MARS Modified Championship powered by Summit Racing Equipment teams were checked in for battle. Dates will be discussed between the series and the track in hopes of rescheduling this season. Please hang on to your pit passes and general admission tickets for the potential reschedule, or for usage at any remaining event on the Paducah International Raceway schedule.
