I saw the article asking if Catholic fitness culture is “toxic.”

So I answered it.

Not from a desk
 from the gym.

Look, you are made in the image of God.
That’s not up for debate.

But being “beautifully made” doesn’t mean bury the gift.

It means steward it.

We’ve gotten real comfortable ignoring that.

We’ll talk about compassion all day

but won’t touch sloth.
won’t confront cowardice.

And that’s costing men.

Fitness isn’t the goal.
But it moves you away from sickness
 toward readiness.

Toward discipline.
Toward clarity.
Toward strength that actually serves your family.

And nobody’s talking about magnanimity anymore.
Greatness of soul.

Men settling for comfort instead of answering the call.

This video isn’t me attacking the article.
It’s me asking the question:

What are we really forming?

Watch it.
Then tell me where I’m wrong.

Most men wait to feel ready.
That’s why they stay stuck.

Hope doesn’t start when everything makes sense.
It starts when you show up anyway.

Hope is not a feeling, it’s obedience!
It’s assurance!

St. Stephen stood firm.
Didn’t back down. Didn’t quit.
That’s the standard.

You don’t need more clarity.
You need obedience.
You need to commit.

Show up. Move. Stay in it.

If you’re done drifting, you already know what to do.

You missed this yesterday.

Not the workout
 that’s easy to make up.
The lesson isn’t.

A council almost made the mistake of fighting against God because they were too blind to see what He was doing.

A boy gave what little he had
 and it fed thousands.

That’s the point.

Most men wait until they feel ready.
Until they have more time.
More energy.
A better plan.

But God works with what you give Him.
Not what you hold back.

Yesterday wasn’t about how much we had.
It was about showing up and offering it.

That’s where things start to multiply.

If you’ve been holding back
 you already know it.

Get in.

You don’t lack faith.
You lack follow-through.

“Increase our faith.”
— Luke 17:5

Faith = doing it
when you don’t see it.

Get back to work.

Most men will never see this
 đŸ«Ł

because they won’t slow down long enough to look.

This isn’t another workout app.

This is what it actually looks like
to be coached
 formed
and sharpened as and with brothers in Christ.

Inside the Iron Saints App:

✅ Daily formation
✅ Real training
✅ Brotherhood that shows up

Nothing random.
Not motivation that fades.

- Structure.
- Accountability.
- Direction.

If you’ve been feeling stuck

inconsistent

like you know what to do but you’re not doing it

this is why.

Watch this. 👆

Then decide if you’re ready
to stop doing this alone.

If you are

Message me IRON
and I’ll show you how to get inside.

Most men say they have faith

until it costs them something.

Until it’s early.
Until they’re tired.
Until no one’s watching.

Then it fades.

That’s not conviction.
That’s convenience.

Faith is moving when you don’t feel it yet.
Training when it’s not ideal.
Speaking truth when it would be easier to stay quiet.

“They were filled with the Holy Spirit
and spoke the word of God with boldness.”

That didn’t start in public.
It started in private obedience.

This’s what we do inside Iron Saints.

You’re coached.
You’re pushed.
You’re formed.

Body. Mind. Spirit.

Not occasionally, Daily.

Because you don’t need more information.
You need formation.

Don’t forget

Most people don’t hear what you say,
They see what you do

You are the Gospel.
Move like it.

You say you believe in the Resurrection

but are you living like a man who’s been raised?

Most men still walk around like it’s Friday.
Heavy.
Reactive.
Disordered and distracted.

An Easter man is different.

He’s been given new life,
and he doesn’t live for himself.

He moves with purpose.
He trains with intention.
He leads with clarity.

That’s humility.

Not thinking less of yourself,
but finally getting out of the center.

Your body isn’t yours.
Your time isn’t yours.
Your life isn’t yours.

It’s been given back to you,
so you can live it right.

So check it today:

Are you still living like the old man

or are you actually walking in the Resurrection?

04/06/2026

Easter Monday.

The tomb is empty.
Christ is risen.

So what now?

Most men celebrate

then go right back to the same habits.

Same excuses.
Same distractions.
Same lack of discipline.

That’s not resurrection.
That’s comfort.

Humility forces you to look at it straight:

Where are you still living like nothing changed?

Where are you avoiding what you know you’re called to do?

Where are you choosing ease over obedience?

Humility isn’t thinking less of yourself.
It’s seeing clearly.

And acting on it.

Today isn’t just about what Christ did.

It’s about how you respond.

Check yourself.

Then move.

04/04/2026

Good Friday.

No shortcuts today.

Christ carried the Cross all the way.
Not when it felt good.
Not when it was convenient.
All the way.

So today we moved with intention.

Every step.
Every rep.
Every breath.

Offered.

Not to prove anything

but to enter into it.

This is what Active Prayer is.

Not separating faith from effort,
Not separating the soul from body,
but uniting them.

Suffering with purpose.
Discipline with direction.
Brotherhood that actually shows up.

Because you weren’t meant to carry your cross alone.

Most men try.

And they stay stuck.

Tired.
Distracted.
Disconnected.

But when men lock in together

everything changes.

Today wasn’t just a workout.

It was remembrance.
It was offering.
It was brotherhood.

Step into it.

Holy Thursday.

“I give you a new commandment
love one another as I have loved you.”
John 13:34

Love isn’t talk, it’s action.

3 miles this morning.
My daughter on my back. Dog at my side.
Praying and reflecting on the Sorrowful Mysteries.

Simple
but this is where most men miss it.

You say your family matters,
but you’re distracted.
tired.
checked out.

Physically there
 but not really there.

Why???
Because we can’t give what we don’t have.

This is the call.

Carry what’s been given to you.
Be where your feet are.
Lead your family with your presence, not just your words.

Holy Week forces you to look at it.

Where are you actually showing up

and where are you not?

If that hits, don’t scroll past it.

Do something with it.
That’s where the cross leads us.
